There was so much emotion involved in this Duke-Michigan State matchup, and for so many different reasons. No. 1 Duke was upset in the second round, falling 63-49 to a jubilant No. 9 seed Michigan State on the Spartans' home court in East Lansing, Mich., on Tuesday.
