MILAN -- Lance Armstrong will compete in his first race in Europe since winning his seventh Tour de France in 2005 when he lines up in Saturday's Milan-San Remo classic. But Armstrong, returning from 3½ years in retirement, is publicly lowering expectations for a race he's ridden six times, but never won.
