(March 16, 2009) — The 2008 PBR Daisy Rookie of the Year, Reese Cates, is on the cusp of earning his coveted spot back on the Built Ford Tough Series after dominating the PBR Enterprise Rent-A-Car Tour in Poplar Bluff, Mo., this past weekend.
