ESPN.com Tuesday, March 17, 2009 The Pittsburgh Steelers reached a one-year agreement Tuesday to re-sign veteran cornerback Fernando Bryant, who was brought in last season as insurance for their defensive backfield. After being cut by the New England Patriots at the end of training camp, Bryant signed with the Steelers on Nov. 11 and appeared in two games. By signing now and having a chance to spend training camp with the Steelers, Bryant will able to compete for playing time in 2009. The 31-year-old Bryant has made 109 caree ...
