Stamkos helps Lightning get by Panthers in shootout

SUNRISE, Fla. -- The Tampa Bay Lightning aren't in the playoff picture, but they enjoyed slowing down their in-state rival's postseason push. Tampa Bay goalie Karri Ramo stopped all three shots in a shootout, and Steven Stamkos scored the only goal in the tiebreaker to lead the Lightning to a 4-3 win over the Florida Panthers on Saturday night.
