Next time he's in a blind, he'll be the only hunter who can claim to have killed a water bird with his face. On Day Two of the OPTIMA Batteries Battle on the Border, Lowen ran up behind some coots while speeding down Lake Amistad. "I couldn't go any faster," he said.
