OK, so it's closer to a 15-watt bulb than it is to a klieg, but it beats cursing the darkness, as he did in his original tirade against the Northern Trust Open. Congressman Frank is still not happy about the entertainment the bank funded at the PGA Tour stop in Los Angeles, but he tells GolfDigest.com he now believes sponsoring a golf tournament is fine -- as long as you don't have any fun while doing it.
