Saturday, March 7, 2009 AMES, Iowa -- Nicky Wieben had 20 points and nine rebounds as Iowa State (No. 22 ESPN/USA Today, No. 23 AP) closed out the regular season with a 59-49 win over Kansas on Saturday night in the Big 12 Conference. It was the fourth straight win by the Cyclones (23-7, 11-5), who opened the scoring with a 3-pointer by Amanda Nisleit and never trailed. ISU led by as many as 17 points in the second half.
