BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Paul Delaney III scored 11 of his 17 points in the second half to lead Alabama-Birmingham to a 70-52 victory over Marshall on Saturday in the final regular-season game for both teams. The Blazers (21-10, 11-5 Conference USA), who won eight of their last 10 games, broke the game open with a 14-2 run to take a 58-40 lead with 6:04 left.
