CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Chase Utley's recovery from offseason hip surgery is nearly complete. The Philadelphia Phillies' All-Star second baseman continued his daily routine Friday and, barring a setback, should see action in his first Grapefruit League game in the next two weeks.
