HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Chavis Holmes scored 19 points and Virginia Military Institute defeated High Point 81-76 on Saturday night. The Keydets (22-7, 13-5 Big South Conference), who leads the nation in scoring at 94.8 points per game, had three other to players score in double figures against High Point. Austin Kenon scored 16 points, Michael Sparks added 12 and Travis Holmes finished with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
