ESPN.com Friday, February 27, 2009 The Philadelphia Eagles, who could lose both of their long-time starting offensive tackles in free agency, prepared for that likelihood on Friday, reaching a contract agreement with former Cincinnati Bengals right tackle Stacy Andrews.
