ORLANDO, Fla. -- Rodney Foster scored 22 points to help withstand a 45-point performance from Central Florida's Jermaine Taylor and Rice defeated the Knights 69-66 on Wednesday night. Rice (9-18, 4-9 Conference USA) led 67-50 with 5:17 remaining, but the Knights (16-11, 6-7) went on a 16-0 run, including 14 points from Taylor, to cut the deficit to 67-66 with 1:22 left.
