BUENOS AIRES -- Argentine No. 1 Juan Martin del Potro has been left off the team for next month's world group first-round tie at home to the Netherlands. Modesto Vazquez, who replaced Alberto Mancini as team captain after the home defeat to Spain in the final last November, said the 20-year-old would be absent by mutual agreement.
