Saturday, February 21, 2009 SAN FRANCISCO -- Kwame Vaughn hit a free throw with 0.6 seconds remaining in overtime as San Francisco broke a three-year losing streak against Bay Area rival Santa Clara by pulling out a 67-66 victory Saturday night. Vaughn finished with 17 points, nine rebounds and three assists for the Dons (10-17, 2-10 West Coast Conference), who had lost seven straight games to the Broncos, a stretch dating to Jan. 28, 2006.
