Is ranked Utah State goint to miss the tournament (again)?

Did you know that in 2004 Utah State was 24-3 and ranked in the AP Top 25 and didn't get a bid to the tournament? Pretty ridiculous, right? A top 25 ranking always seemed like a prima facie bid to the tournament. Anyway, it's looking like the Agg's could have a similar scenario again this year.
