Thursday, February 19, 2009 PORTLAND, Ore. -- Jeremiah Dominguez hit a 3-pointer as time expired to lift Portland State to a 77-74 victory over Northern Colorado on Thursday. With the score tied, Portland State (18-9, 9-5 Big Sky Conference) got the ball with 30 seconds left. The Vikings worked to get the ball to Dominguez, who faked two defenders before hitting the big shot. Julius Jones led Portland State with 19 points.
