ESPN.com Monday, February 16, 2009 The NFL scouting combine really hasn't undergone a lot of change over the past two decades. This week will be a new adventure. While the annual event is still in Indianapolis, it has been moved to Lucas Oil Field for the first time. Gone is the RCA Dome. No longer is the combine a part of the Indianapolis Convention Center.
