ESPN The Magazine Thursday, February 12, 2009 With the dearth of quality mid-major programs this year, the door has been left open for mediocre major conference clubs to step up and reclaim some of those at-large bids that have lately been going to the Southern Illinois's and Western Kentuckys of the world. The problem for some of those Big Six teams is that not all of them are rising to the occasion. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the Big Ten and the Big 12, where a group of seven teams -- Wisconsin, Baylor, Kansas State, Oklahoma ... Activate your ESPN Profile!
