Wednesday, February 11, 2009 ALAMEDA, Calif. -- The Oakland Raiders claimed quarterback Bruce Gradkowski off waivers from the Cleveland Browns. Gradkowski spent his first two NFL seasons with Tampa Bay, starting 10 games as a rookie in 2006. He briefly played for St. Louis last year before joining the Browns, appearing in two games and starting the season finale against Pittsburgh. Andrew Walter and Marques Tuiasosopo were the Raiders' backups for former No. 1 draft pick JaMarcus Russell last season. Activate your ESPN Profile!
