Tuesday, February 10, 2009 COSTA DO SAUIPE, Brazil -- Former Spain Davis Cup captain Emilio Sanchez Vicario was picked to reinvigorate tennis in Brazil, which only has two players ranked in the top 100. Sanchez Vicario, who led Spain to the Davis Cup title against Argentina last year without top-ranked Rafael Nadal, reached a deal with the Brazilian tennis confederation on Monday.
