Tuesday, February 10, 2009 It is a pity the NHL's schedule maker didn't have the New York Rangers and Montreal Canadiens playing a home-and-home set this week. At least that way, one of these two clubs would finally register a point or two in the standings. Quite the race we have for the fourth spot in the Eastern Conference, huh? You know, the one between Philadelphia and Buffalo? Because count this humble hockey writer as a total nonbeliever in the Rangers and the Habs having any chance at starting the playoffs at hom ...
