HUNTINGTON, W.V. -- Chris Lutz scored a career-high 37 points to lead Marshall to an 89-86 win over Tulane in overtime. Lutz shot 13-for-21 and nailed seven 3-pointers for the Thundering Herd (10-13, 3-6 Conference USA). Shaquille Johnson scored 22 points, and Markel Humphrey added 18.
