PORTLAND, Ore. -- Dominic Waters scored 16 points and connected on all four of his 3-point attempts to lead Portland State to a 78-66 win over Northern Arizona on Thursday night. Jeremiah Dominguez had a double-double of 15 points and 11 assists for the Vikings (16-7, 7-3 Big Sky Conference), who beat Northern Arizona for the sixth straight time.
