Saturday, January 31, 2009 YPSILANTI, Mich. -- Tyler Dierkers' game-high 18 points and 12 rebounds carried Miami of Ohio to a 66-51 victory over Eastern Michigan on Saturday. The RedHawks (12-7, 5-2 Mid-American) led 27-21 at halftime but shot 64 percent in the second half to keep the Eagles (3-18, 1-6) at bay. Adam Fletcher added 16 points and Michael Bramos had 14 for Miami, which turned a 35-23 rebounding margin into an 18-0 advantage in second-chance points.
