WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Jantel Lavender scored 21 points to help Ohio State (No. 17 ESPN/USA Today, No. 19 AP) beat Purdue 71-60 on Sunday. Samantha Prahalis had 13 points and six assists and Ashlee Trebilcock added 12 points for the Buckeyes (16-3, 7-1 Big Ten). With Indiana's loss at Illinois, Ohio State moved into sole possession of first place in the conference.
