Riggs, Baldwin look to 'shock the sport'

CONCORD, N.C. -- Scott Riggs will drive the No. 36 Sprint Cup car for newly-formed Tommy Baldwin Racing in 2009. "I look forward to building something with Tommy,'' Riggs said on Monday.
