ESPN.com Saturday, January 17, 2009 Arizona State couldn't afford to get swept in Los Angeles this weekend and still expect to keep pace with UCLA for the Pac-10 title. That's a fact. The Bruins would have been 5-0 in Pac-10 play. ASU would have been 3-3 with a road game pending at Arizona. Was it a must-win Saturday in Pauley Pavilion?
