Saturday, January 17, 2009 DALLAS -- A flurry of fancy moves didn't yield positive results for Mike Ribeiro in his previous shootout attempt. So he decided a different approach was needed. It paid off when Ribeiro scored the lone goal in the shootout, Marty Turco stopped all three shots he saw in the tiebreaker and the Dallas Stars beat Los Angeles 3-2 Saturday to extend the Kings' skid to four.
