The necessary paperwork has been filed. By now, college football fans across the country know which underclassmen are staying or going. Thursday was the deadline for underclassmen to file the paperwork to be included in April's NFL draft. Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford, the Heisman Trophy winner, is staying in school.
