ESPN reviewed the submissions and discussions on your state/region's conversation page. The four figures on North Dakota's Sports Rushmore are below:

Roger Maris (Fargo) - The two-time AL MVP broke Babe Ruth's single-season HR record in 1961.

Darin Erstad (Jamestown) - The multi-talented Erstad punted for Nebraska's 1994 National Championship team and then went on to play Major League Baseball where he became a two-time MLB All-Star and three-time Gold Glover.

Phil Jackson (Williston) - Jackson has won nine NBA titles as head coach and spent 12 seasons as a player in the NBA.

Lute Olson (Grand Forks) - The two-time National Coach of the Year won the 1997 National Championship at Arizona.
