I hit a possum on the way to the Cardinals-Panthers game. I mention this for several reasons: (1) I was driving a Mini Cooper at the time, which is like hitting a 1,000-pound bull moose in a regular-sized vehicle; (2) I'm still wondering why, as he waddled aimlessly out onto the road, some part of me believed if I talked to him out loud -- "No, no, don't do it, don't DO IT!
