Ed Rendell seems like a pretty cool guy: former Mayor of Philly, now Governor of PA, and total sports nut. If the Eagles and Steelers both reach the Super Bowl (we know: big "if"), he's going to continue the trend of Governors betting on the game. Huh? He'll bet himself.
