Thursday, January 8, 2009 Career-saves leader Trevor Hoffman will be the Brewers closer next season. Sources told ESPN The Magazine's Buster Olney that Hoffman has agreed to a deal with Milwaukee. Terms were not immediately available, but early in the process, Milwaukee had offered the closer a one-year contract with an option for a second.
