The investigation surrounding Marvin Harrison's possible role in a shooting that took place in Philadelphia back in May isn't exactly the stuff of Law & Order legend. Not that all cases can make it from a Jerry Orbach wisecrack next to a garroted victim to a Sam Waterston sweeping crescendo in front of an awestruck jury (before we're struck with just a touch of irony) in the space of an hour—but this is ridiculous.
