Tuesday, December 23, 2008 PITTSBURGH -- Tampa Bay Lightning goalie Mike Smith didn't know how to react after picking up his first victory in over a month. "It's like a sigh of relief," he said. "You almost forget how to win." Smith made 15 saves to earn his second shutout of the season, Paul Szczechura had a goal and an assist, and Tampa Bay picked up a rare win by beating the Pittsburgh Penguins 2-0 on Tuesday night.
