Winter Dew Tour is sick. The only advice I might give the organizers is to not hold the first event of the season at Breckenridge. I know that they can guarantee a righteous course early in the season, and that, they came through on. However, what Breck can also guarantee is 20 mile per hour winds with gusts in the 30s to 40s.
