Simon Dumont is only a halfpipe skier. That's what I would say to get under his skin. He's not just a pipe skier though. He can also do a forward-to-forward 1080, and I'm just crazy about those. I felt it was necessary to specify "forward-to-forward" for two reasons: 1) switch 1080s are so common, and so played, that many people imply the word "switch" when they hear or read the word "1080"; and 2) since Simon Dumont is only a halfpipe skier, most would assume that his 1080 involves taking of ...
