Phillies announce Ibanez signing

PHILADELPHIA -- Raul Ibanez watched the World Series from his home in Florida and immediately liked what he saw in Philadelphia. "You could feel the energy coming through the television," Ibanez said. "And as a professional, I can't remember the last time I watched something on television and got goose bumps.
