Bobcats sign veteran F Howard

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Charlotte Bobcats have signed Juwan Howard three days after reaching an agreement with the veteran forward. The move on Friday comes as new Bobcats Boris Diaw, Raja Bell and Sean Singletary reported to the team for physicals. They were acquired Wednesday in a trade that sent top scorer Jason Richardson and forward Jared Dudley to Phoenix.
