Teel continues to blossom

• A couple of years ago, I viewed Rutgers' QB Mike Teel as a young man who was raw but possessed both the size and arm strength necessary to make himself into a draftable prospect by the time his college career was over. On one hand, you have to like the fact that his accuracy and touchdown to interception differential have improved in each of the last two seasons.
