Friday, December 5, 2008 LA QUINTA, Calif. -- Glen Day, a former PGA Tour winner trying to make it through Q-school finals for the second time in three years, took a big step Friday with an 8-under 64 to share the lead with James Nitties at the halfway point. Day and Nitties (69), both playing the TPC Stadium Course at PGA West, were at 15-under 201 through three rounds.
