ATLANTA -- Alex Montgomery scored 20 points to lead Georgia Tech to a 70-57 upset of Michigan State (No. 24 ESPN/USA Today, No. 21 AP) on Wednesday. The Yellow Jackets (6-2) overcame a 12-point deficit to win the first half of a doubleheader in the ACC/Big 10 Challenge. The Georgia Tech men hosted Penn State in the second game.
