Cleveland has one of pro football's best fan bases. The city survived the move of its franchise to Baltimore and waited patiently for the arrival of an expansion team. Butch Davis teased Browns fans in 2002 by sneaking into the playoffs as a wild card, but lost to the Steelers in the first round.
