HONOLULU -- Heather Ezell had 21 points and seven assists to lead Iowa State (No. 22 ESPN/USA Today, No. 25 AP) to an 87-71 victory over San Diego State on Sunday at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Classic. Alison Lacy added 17 points, six rebounds and six assists for the Cyclones (5-1), who rebounded from their first loss of the season, a 39-point drubbing against Stanford (No. 6 ESPN/USA Today, No. 5 AP) on Saturday night.
