Turkey and Beyond

I love Thanksgiving and I don't even eat turkey. Don't get me wrong, my grandmother always makes some kind of fish — crabcakes or shrimp or something. And I have no problem with three kinds of potatoes and four kinds of pie. But I love this time of year because there's always swell. It's so rare to have a flat Turkey Day, and getting out for some little lines is more fun than a football game or watching a parade any day. This year seems to be no different.
