So there's this racing joke that starts like this: A Scotsman, an American, a Brazilian and an Englishman hop into their race cars and pull up to the starting line, where they wait along with 18 other drivers. Seconds later, the green flag drops. Engines wail, tires smoke and the cars tear down the track.
