North Carolina's top-ranked class headlines the ACC

It's much of the same old story for ACC recruiting when it comes to the Class of 2009. Traditional powers Duke and North Carolina have brought in the top two classes in the league, and UNC's class takes the top spot in our ESPN.com recruiting class. Those mainstays have finished much, if not all, of their 2009 recruiting. At the same time, a few upstart programs -- N.C. State and Georgia Tech -- have put together some stellar classes.
