Edgerrin James' push to be released shouldn't come as a surprise. Being limited to three carries in three games has to be hard for a running back who is eight yards short of 12,000 for his career and is missing out on a chance to both help his team win and enhance his chances of making the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Drew Rosenhaus, James' agent, tried to talk Cardinals general manager Rod Graves into releasing his client next year because it's pretty clear James won't be back after the season. ...
