Friday, November 14, 2008 • It wasn't a game involving FAB 50 teams (those start Friday), but Orange Lutheran scored a key 24-21 win over Mater Dei Thursday in a battle of two of Orange County's (California) top programs, reports Steve Fryer of The Orange County Register. The outcome made it three straight seasons that the three power schools in the highly-competitive Trinity League, have all beat each other to finish in a three-way tie.
